A charming accommodationLOCATION
The Torreón house is located at number 109 on Calle Real, specifically in the area called Torreón, one of the oldest corners of Frigiliana and where the old Posito was and which also served as watchtower, surveillance area and protection against piracy. The accommodation occupies a house of great antiquity completely reformed and currently destined to the tourist use. Previously it was reformed in the year of 1886, date that appears engraved in forge in one of its striking and original balconies.
A HOUSE WITH HISTORY
Different uses are attributed to it throughout history. Some local historians suggest that there was a mosque there; others and more recently; that it was a private casino for prominent people of the place; other than El Mesón de Juan Salido and even a possible dungeon in one of its dependencies.
For the rest and nowadays, the refurbished family home combines architectural and decorative elements of the past in harmony with modernity and modern comfort.

In the house you can find a reference to the characters that passed through its family tree, photographs, works, writings and poems, as well as some personal objects and recognition plaque on the facade.
MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME
It has six different and unique rooms; all of which dominate the light and whiteness of the south in contrast to the color note provided by the fabrics, furniture, tiles and endless details that distinguish it.
Each room has a full bathroom with shower or vintage bathtub or whirlpool, TV, air conditioning, heating and free WIFI. The facilities are completed with a lounge and breakfast space, as well as a small overflowing saltwater pool located on the roof of the house, with incredible views of the sea, the mountains, the roofs of Frigiliana and the starry sky.
